FULL E-DESIGN PACKAGE
Online design or E-Design is a simple virtual design option offered to give clients the opportunity to create a custom space without retaining MLDesign for full-service Interior Design. E-design is perfect for clients who want a design direction and designer expertise, but don’t mind doing a little legwork to prepare, manage, and implement the project themselves. If you like to DIY (do it yourself), then this is definitely the design service for you.
Our e-design plans include all the tools you’ll need to create a well-designed space that fits you and your unique style. All communication is done via e-mail, phone calls, and online video conferences to provide a step-by-step plan for creating a professionally designed space.

Our Full E-Design Service has it all! A beautiful, well-designed space that fits your style and needs perfectly. You will get all the perks plus a 4K rendering so you can visualize everything together and see exactly how to put it together. And we do this online on your own time!

HOW IT WORKS
Step One
You will begin by purchasing the FULL E-DESIGN PACKAGE (on this page) to get started.
You will then refer to your secure account in MyDoma (our online platform to manage our working relationship). Within your Studio, you will have access to all of the tools necessary for your project. In the left column, you will find your menu. Please APPROVE all items in your 'FILES & MEDIA' so that we may move to the next step.
Once all 'FILES & MEDIA' have been checked APPROVED you will receive a Services Agreement (Contract) in your Studio requiring a signature.
Step Two
Once the Services Agreement has been signed, we are ready for your 30-minute Launch Meeting!
Use the Appointment tab to view MLDesign Interiors’ calendar and book your 30-minute appointment.
Final Step
During your final 60-minute Conceptual Design meeting via ZOOM, we will present your space planning, furniture layout, and styling through our 3D renderings.
At this time we will be available to discuss your project and answer questions while making recommendations for your next phase in your design process.
At the close of our conversation, you will receive a material and décor shopping list plus thorough instructions on how to style your space.
Each item will include details as to where you can purchase, and you will be able to order, track, and install your items as time and budget allow.
If shoppable decor revisions are requested, there is a limit of 1x per room and must be communicated during your Design Presentation.

*Oversized rooms will be considered more than ONE SPACE and require add-on services.
*New Construction Projects and/or Large Remodel Projects with multiple rooms will require add-on services.
*Package details for extra small rooms, such as a Powder Room, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
